Profile on your device. Learn Numbers stores a learner profile on the device, including the entered name and, when provided during onboarding, age and gender selection. These values personalize the learning experience. No account registration is required.
Spoken answers. Spoken-answer exercises use the microphone and Apple's speech-recognition services, subject to your permissions. Apple processes information used by its services under its privacy policies.
Personalized name speech. For supported names, the app may send the name, language and requested pronunciation variant to the developer's Cloudflare service. When a recording is not already cached, the service sends the name text to ElevenLabs to generate speech. Generated name recordings may be cached on the device and by the service for reuse. This request does not include the profile's age or gender, or a recording from the microphone.
Service security. Name-speech requests use Apple's App Attest and rate limiting to protect the service. The service retains installation-level App Attest security records. Cloudflare invocation logs may retain IP addresses, request metadata, network-derived location information and technical timing/status data for service operation and troubleshooting. Network-derived location is distinct from GPS location access.
ElevenLabs may retain submitted name text and generated speech and use submitted data to improve its models under its policies and the workspace settings currently enabled. Provider processing is subject to the respective policies: Apple, Cloudflare and ElevenLabs.
If the app uses Apple services such as In-App Purchases and/or Game Center (leaderboards), related data (e.g., purchase confirmation, Game Center score/alias) is processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policies.
